The report recommended The Grafton’s Fireside Old Fashioned with Buffalo Trace bourbon.

“The Fireside to us is just a return to the old bard of cocktails, which I’m pleased to see coming back in a big way,” Munro said.

The Grafton has several classic cocktails on the list, including mulled wine, hot totties and old-fashioned Manhattans. Most people however, come to the bar for its 96 varieties of whiskey.
