Lincoln Square Man Dies in Weekend Gun Violence
A bloody left three dead and 13 injured in Chicago; one man was from Lincoln Square.

Gun violence took the life of a Lincoln Square man early Saturday morning after a possible gang-related shooting in Irving Park.
Lucas Zimmerman, 34, lived in the 4800 block of North Damen Avenue, according to Chicago Police Department’s Office of News Affairs.
He was found in a convenience store parking lot in the Irving Park neighborhood around 12:10 a.m. Police said he was unresponsive with multiple gunshot wounds to the arm and face and was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the Cook County Medical Examiner's office.

Witnesses said he was shot in the alley near the 3300 block of West Irving Park Road, CBS Chicago reported, and wandered to the parking lot.
No one was in custody for the crime as of Monday afternoon, but police said Zimmerman might have been affiliated with a gang.

The victim was one of three people killed and 13 injured in Chicago between Friday and Sunday, CBS Chicago reports.
