Medical Marijuana on the Mag Mile?

A city committee approved new zoning regulations that could allow for medical marijuana dispensaries in just about any business area.

Additionally, people looking to open a dispensary must still obtain a special-use permit, meaning the city’s Zoning Board of Appeals would hold a public hearing during which residents could oppose the plans.
