Pastoral Shares Last Minute Thanksgiving Must-Haves
Need some last minute tips of what to bring to Thanksgiving this year? Pastoral Artisan Cheese, Bread and Wine has you covered.

Not sure what to bring to the big Thanksgiving meal this year? Luckily Pastoral Artisan Wine, Cheese and Bread (2947 N. Broadway) has rounded up some last-minute suggestions. And this year, the Lake View hotspot will be open on Thanksgiving from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. for all of those necessities you may have forgotten.
"This Thanksgiving, we are focusing on how to help our customers pull off the best Thanksgiving ever," said Tony Patterson, the sales and marketing manager for Pastoral. "We want people to take the time to enjoy the holidays with their friends and family, not stress the details."
Here's Pastoral's suggestions for your must-haves this Thanksgiving
- Panforte: "For many of us, the holidays haven't arrived until the panforte makes it into the shops," Patterson said. Pastoral's panforte, made by Savory Spoon, was handmade in Door County, Wisconsin.
- Leopold Brothers Whisky Basket: Bring a hostess/host gift that's sure to wow 'em. This one features Leopold Brothers Whisky, blue cheese popcorn and caramels.
- Cheese and Appetizer Platters: "Many of us would rather focus on cooking the perfect bird than assembling platters on Thanksgiving," Patterson said. "Pastoral is here to help with perfectly crafted cheese platters and pre-made appetizer trays starting at $39.99." Trays require a 24-48 hour notice, so make sure to call in your order a.s.a.p.
- Fresh Bread: Pastoral offers both fresh and frozen par baked bread to help you out this Thanksgiving. Specialties include California bread, raisin fennel, walnut onion, multigrain wreath and pumpernickel. Call ahead for speciality availability.
