Residents Invited To Help Shape 19th District Policing Plan

Community members are invited to give feedback and offer ideas at a local meeting this week, police said.

CHICAGO — Police in the 19th District are asking community members to help create a strategic policing plan. Residents are invited to attend a meeting on Thursday, March 14, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

The 19th District includes parts of Lincoln Square, Uptown, Ravenswood Lake View, North Center and Lincoln Park.

Residents are asked to offer ideas and give their input.

The meeting will be held at Uptown Buena Library, 929 W. Buena. Light refreshments will be provided.
