Vintage Tractors To Roll In Will County For Threshermen Fundraiser
The Will County Threshermen's Association will hold its Vintage Tractor Drive Fundraiser on Saturday, June 8.

MANHATTAN, IL — The Will County Threshermen’s Association is inviting vintage tractor enthusiasts to start 'em up for a nice drive for a good cause.
The Vintage Tractor Drive Fundraiser, set for Saturday, June 8, will feature tractors rolling on a picturesque 35-mile route through the scenic countryside of Will County, starting from the WCTA Showgrounds at Steve Spiess Farm, 13831 W. Joliet Rd. in Manhattan.
A lunch will be served at Brian Kestel Farm, 14828 W. Delaney Rd, also in Manhattan. An RSVP for lunch is required by May 18. Proceeds from the event will support WCTA's mission of preserving agricultural history and promoting farming heritage, the organization said in a release.

"The Vintage Tractor Drive is not just a ride; it's a community experience that allows participants to immerse themselves in the beauty of Illinois countryside while supporting our organization's vital work," said Lane Heatherwick, WCTA's Vice President and Tractor Drive Coordinator.
Registration for the Vintage Tractor Drive will begin at 6:30 a.m., with a punctual departure at 8 a.m. The registration fee is $65 per tractor, inclusive of snacks, lunch, and a commemorative hat and magnet.
