Burger King Armed Robbery In Mokena: Employees Arrested

The robbery took place July 3 at Burger King in Mokena.

MOKENA, IL — Police have arrested two people in connection with an armed robbery that took place at the Burger King on 191st Street in Mokena July 3.

Police were able to identify the robbers through video footage that showed the pair were Burger King employees, according to Mokena Police Department.

The information was passed to Will County State's Attorney's office, and arrest warrants for Bianca I. Johnson, 24, and Alyza K. Quinones, 21, both of the 10200 block of Commercial Avenue in Chicago, were obtained for felony disorderly conduct, misdemeanor disorderly conduct and misdemeanor theft, police said.

The Chicago Police Department Fugitive Apprehension Unit arrested both people Thursday.
