MOKENA, IL — Illinois State Rep. Residents can turn in newer or gently used cell phones and tablets, which will be used to provide free talk time for soldiers and veterans and their families.
“America’s soldiers and veterans have sacrificed so much for our nation and our freedoms. Often, they are separated from their families across the country or across the globe. We are partnering with Cell Phones for Soldiers, the 37th District can give back to our heroes by helping veterans and soldiers speak to their loved ones thousands of miles away,” Ozinga was quoted in the press release.
