Fall Book Sale At Mokena Library Scheduled For Friday, Saturday
The sale is hosted by The Friends of the Mokena Library, and proceeds go toward the Mokena Community Public Library District.
MOKENA, IL — The Friends of the Mokena Library is scheduled to hold its fall book sale Friday and Saturday at the Mokena Community Public Library District, located at 11327 195th St. in Mokena.
The sale will be held from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Friday, and from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, according to a news release from The Friends of the Mokena Library.
A large selection of books for children, teens and adults will be available, many for $1 or less. Records, puzzles, games, and a large number of DVDs and CDs will also be up for sale.

The Friends of the Mokena Library is a charitable organization that raises funds to benefit
and support the Mokena Public Library and its mission, according to the organization. The Friends put non-tax-dollars to work to help continue the mandate of the Mokena Public Library.
