Fireworks & Food Trucks: Mokena's July 3 Independence Day Kickoff Set
The event will be held at Main Park on Wednesday, July 3. It will feature food trucks, live music, and fireworks.
MOKENA, IL —The Village of Mokena and the Mokena Community Park District invites the community to the expanded July 3 festival at Main Park, 10925 W. LaPorte Rd.
The entertainment will kick off at 5 p.m. with the Encore Concert Band. The Encore Concert Band are comprised of community members who enjoy playing quality orchestra music together, fostering a greater appreciation for music and providing entertainment at the highest level.
Whiskey Road, Chicago’s premiere Classic, Southern and country rock band since 1999, will bring their “crossroads” style of rock to the stage at 7:30 p.m. They will play until the fireworks kick off at approximately 9:30 p.m.

Food trucks include Kona Ice, TCBY and Chick-fil-A. Brothership Brewing will also be serving a mixture of seltzers, sours and beers and the Dock on Front Street will be bringing their Margarita truck.
