Local Chef Tara Triefenbach Announces the Launch of Her Debut Book

A behind-the-scenes look at the life of a personal chef, launched April 15.

Frankfort, IL — Acclaimed personal chef Tara Triefenbach released her highly anticipated debut book, The Journal of a Personal Chef, on April 15. This insightful and inspring book offers readers a rare glimpse into the world of a personal chef, blending personal stories, industry insights, and culinary expertise.

With years of experience crafting customized meals for private clients, Chef Tara shares the
triumphs, challenges, and lessons learned from working in intimate kitchen settings. From
curating personalized menus to balancing the demands of running a business, The Journal of a

In addition to the book, Chef Tara has launched a signature line of six handcrafted spice
