Mokena Community Service Officer's Vehicle Involved In Crash Monday
The crash happened at around 6:45 p.m. in Mokena.
MOKENA, IL — A Mokena Community Service vehicle was involved in a crash with a Jeep Monday at the intersection of U.S. Route 30 and Owens Road, according to the Frankfort Fire Protection District.
The crash happened at approximately 6:45 p.m. Mokena Community Service Officer Luke Frazier was taken to the hospital with a minor hand injury, according to Mokena Police Chief Brian Benton.
The name of the driver of the Jeep has not been released.

Because the crash involved a Mokena public service vehicle and the crash happened in Mokena, the Will County Sheriff's Office will investigate the accident, according to FFPD.
