Mokena Woman, 85, Was Beloved Wife, Mom Of 2 And Grandmother Of 6

MOKENA, IL — Joan M. Fisher (nee Pekan) age 85, of Mokena, died May 15.

Beloved wife of James F. Fisher. Loving mother of James J. (Nancy) Fisher and Thomas (Jamie) Fisher. Proud grandmother of Steven, Andrew, Megan, Mackenzie, Alexander and Jeffrey. Dear sister of the late Richard Pekan.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society. Visitation Monday, May 20, 11 a.m. until time of funeral Mass at 12 p.m., at St. Mary Catholic Church, 19515 S. 115th Ave Mokena, IL. Entombment will follow at Good Shepherd Cemetery in Orland Park.
