NAWS Adoptable Pet Of The Week

MOKENA, IL — Meet Shauney. She is a 2-year-old female long-haired calico. She was rescued from a local animal control where she was at risk of euthanasia.

She is a gorgeous girl that likes attention from people, but is still learning proper social skills. She needs an experienced adopter who can help teach her the right behaviors (if she is over stimulated and excited, she uses her paws/teeth).

She can be a bit of a diva with a sassy side – she loves you when she wants to. She would do best in a home without small children. She is a young girl who in the right home has a ton of potential.
