NAWS Pet Of The Week: Casey

MOKENA, IL — Meet Casey, a 5-year-old mixed breed female who weighs 64 pounds. She was relinquished to NAWS when her previous owner could no longer care for her.

Casey needs a compassionate and patient adopter who wants to help her trust again and understands she can be a little shy initially. When she feels safe and warms up, she is very sweet and just wants pets and love.

Casey loves to go for walks and snuggle in her dog bed. She can be selective with other dogs and would do best as the only pet in a home or with a slow introduction to other pets.
