MOKENA, IL — Meet Cleo Rose, a 4-year-old female tortoiseshell who was found as a stray in a barn.

Cleo Rose is a friendly girl, but like many torties has a bit of “tortitude.” She knows what she wants and likes and can be vocal.

When she wants attention, she will follow her foster around, rub on her legs and enjoy head scratches. At other times, she prefers to be independent and do her own thing.

Cleo Rose is not a fan of other cats and would prefer to be your special “one and only.” She would be a great fit for someone looking for an independent and low-maintenance kitty.

Email Catadoptions@nawsus.org with any questions or to meet her.
