Nelson Road Closed At Train Tracks: Village
A train is blocking access across Nelson Road north of Andrea Street. It is not known when the road will reopen.
NEW LENOX, IL — A train is blocking the railroad tracks at Nelson Road just north of Andrea Drive, according to an alert sent by the Village of New Lenox. The road was closed at approximately 9 a.m. Thursday.
A Canadian National Railway crews are working in the area, the Village said. It is not known when the tracks will be cleared.
