The Village Board formally ratified the appointments of Myriam Taylor and Kym O'Neill.

MOKENA, IL — Mokena’s focus on customer service was readily apparent recently as the Village Board formally ratified the appointments of Myriam Taylor and Kym O’Neill to Customer Service Representative (CSR) positions at Village Hall.
Ms. Taylor and Ms. O’Neill were recommended for appointment by a Village staff committee following a rigorous round of interviews.
As the initial point of contact for phone calls and personal inquiries, CSRs are a foundation of Mokena’s commitment to providing you with the best public service possible. Trained and equipped to answer most of your questions without the need to transfer you to another staff member, the folks in these positions are pivotal in disseminating information, expediting your monthly utility transactions, and meeting other public service needs you may have.
