Montgomery Kettlebell and Yoga Studio Grand Opening Set for August

Maybe kettlebells are up your alley.

Center-Fit Health & Fitness, 2059 Albright Road  in Montgomery, is having a grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony on Thursday, Aug. 8 from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

To celebrate, Center-Fit will be offering a free kettlebell and boxing exercises classes during the event. Interested persons can sign up at center-fit.com.

Center-Fit is owned by duo Steve and Tori Bradford.

Steve Bradford specialzies in personal training and leads the kettlebell and bootcamp classes. Tori Bradford works with stress and yoga poses. Center-Fit is now also offering hot yoga classes.

If you can’t make the grand opening but wanted to see what kettlebells are all about, every Saturday at 10 a.m. Center-Fit offers a free workshop starting Aug. 3.
