Montgomery Man Charge with Posession of Child Porn

A 63-year-old Montgomery man is charged with 12 counts of child pornography as the result of an investigation that began January 26.

Thomas Randall, of the 0 block of Pomeroy Road in Mongomery, faces four counts of Class X, two counts of Class 1, five counts of Class 2 and one count of Class 3 felonies, according to a Kendall County Sheriff's statement.

After detectives conducted a criminal investigation with the assistance of the attorney general and Department of Homeland Security, they executed a search warrant at Randall's address, which led to the charges on April 4.

Randall was arrested without incident, the statement said. His bond is set at $100,000.
