Montgomery Man Facing Felony Charges For Credit Card Use
The charges were made in September 2012.

A Montgomery man is facing charges of making purchases on someone else's debit card without consent.
Kendall County Sheriff's deputies picked up Darrell M. Crooks, 23, of the 2000 block of Jason Drive, Sunday at his home.
Deputies were called to the 1500 block of Light Road on Sept. 11 2012 for a report of an unlawful use of a credit card. The vicitm said Crooks made charges to the card without permission.

After an inviestigation, Crooks was charged with unlawful use of a credit card, a class 4 felony, and forgery, a class 3 felony.
He was taken to the Kendall County Jail and released after posting bond.
