Nora Thomas, 52, of the 600 block of Kimberly was charged after she allegedly struck a neighbor unlawfully with her hand in the 600 block of Kimberly Lane at 5 p.m. June 26, Montgomery police said.

Driving under the influence in Naperville
Debra Nicole, Lerma, 23, of the 2300 block of Stacey Circle in Montgomery was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, improper lane use and operating an uninsured vehicle at 2:21 a.m. in the 0 to 99 block of Devonshire Court and Aurora Avenue, Naperville police said. Bail was set at $3,000.

Seatbelt violation leads to warrant arrest
Angelica Miller, 31, of the 500 block of Fourth Avenue in Aurora, was charged with driving with a suspended license after she was stopped her for not wearing a seatbelt at 3:15 p.m. at Douglas and Montgomery roads, Montgomery police said. Reports state Miller was also wanted on three Saline County warrants, including felony deceptive practice, felony possession of drug paraphernalia, and suspended registration.
Tools stolen
Someone stole $26,000 worth of tools from a trailer before 1:30 p.m. in the 1700 block of Albright Road, Montgomery police said.
Thursday, June 23Man arrested for retail theft
David Kerney, 21, of the 2200 block of Jason Drive in Montgomery, was charged with retail theft at 4 p.m. in the 2000 block of Orchard Road, Montgomery police said.
Attempted break-in
Someone attempted to break into a vacant residence by prying the garage door open causing $1,000 in damages at about 3 p.m. in the 3000 block of Manchester Drive, Montgomery police said.
Copper heist
Copper pipes were stolen from a vacant house between June 14 and 2 p.m. June 23 in the 3000 block of Manchester Drive, Montgomery police said. Reports estimate the damage at $3,500.
Vehicle vandalized
Someone stole a GPS unit from a vehicle before 8 a.m. in the 2100 block of Rebecca Circle, Montgomery police said. Reports state during the burglary the vehicle’s window was smashed.
More copper theft
Copper pipes were stolen from a vacant house between sometime between Oct. 22 and about 5:45 p.m. June 22 in the 3000 block of Fairfield Way, Montgomery police said. Reports estimate the damage is $3,500.

Someone stole a library card from a vehicle between 12:30 and about 7:45 a.m. in the 0-99 block of Codorus Road, Kendall County Sheriff’s deputies said.
