Chelsea Gaul, 20, of the 100 block of Bedford Avenue, Sugar Grove, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and improper lane usage at 2:45 a.m. at Route 30 and Goodwin Drive, police said.

Susan Mellon, 48, of the 2800 block of Brian Lane, Montgomery, was charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance at 5:19 p.m. at Mayfield Drive and Roxbury Lane, police said. Reports state police observed Mellon laying on the shoulder of the roadway with a prescription pill bottle in her purse which had a different name on it.
