Police Blotter: Retail Theft Arrests
Here is an item from the Montgomery Police Department blotter on Feb. 16.
Amber Wagner, 19, of the 200 block of Ashland Avenue, and a 15-year-old female juvenile she was with were arrested for retail theft after they concealed items for sale and attempted to leave the store without paying at 5 p.m. Feb. 16 in the 1900 block of South Douglas, Montgomery police said.
