Smashed Windows Reported on Carol Place: Police

DUI

Ivan Chavez, 19, of the 300 block of Center St. Plano, was charged with DUI after Montgomery police stopped his vehicle for speeding at about 2:55 a.m. May 12 in the 200 block of Jericho Road, according to reports.  He was also issued a misdemeanor complaint for unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor. 

May 11

DUI

Jasper Redmond, 61, of the 500 block of Pinebrook Drive, Bolingbrook, was charged with  DUI at about 2:35 a.m. May 11 after Montgomery police stopped his vehicle for improper lane usage at Montgomery Road and Melrose, according to reports.

May 10 

Paraphernalia possession

Mario Flores, 20, of the 700 block of Fifth Ave. Aurora, a passenger of a vehicle stopped by police at about 8:20 p.m. May 10 at Sherman and Hartway was charged for possession of drug paraphernalia after police located a pipe used to smoke cannabis where Flores was sitting inside the vehicle, according to Montgomery police.

Broken windows

A resident in the 1300 block of Carol Place reported to Montgomery police that someone broke out three windows to the home sometime before 10:20 a.m. May 10. Damage was estimated at $700.
