Woman Hit by Car Thursday Morning Now in ICU
Accident happened on Route 30 in Montgomery.
A woman standing on U.S. 30 west of Horseman Trail in Montgomery was struck by a car and critically injured Thursday morning, according to Montgomery police, and she is now in the intensive care unit at Rush Copley Medical Center in Aurora.
The driver, traveling westbound, stopped to render assistance, police said. The accident took place around 6:30 a.m. No citations have been written. If you witnessed this, police ask that you call them 630-897-8707, ext. 3300.
