The 7,000-square-foot home, which was built in 2008, has six bathrooms, an indoor exercise pool, hot tub and steam room is located at 908 Julian Court in Naperville.

The seller was Ed Sieraaski, president and founder of Sequoia System International, which is a professional training firm based in Naperville, according to Chicago Real Estate Daily. Bartley J. Madden bought the home.
The home was first listed for sale last September for $3.3 million.
