Man Bashes Taco Bell Window With Sign, Yells At Employees: Police
The 38-year-old Champaign man had warrants in Will and Grundy counties, police said.
NEW LENOX, IL — A 38-year-old Champaign man was arrested Thursday after police say he caused a disturbance at the Maple Street Taco Bell restaurant.
According to police, an officer responded to the fast-food restaurant just after midnight after receiving a report of a man striking the window of the Taco Bell with a sign. The man, identified as Joshua D. Learned, was told to stop, but yelled at employees, a police report said.
Officers who arrived identified Learned and found he had active arrest warrants in Will and Grundy counties. He was arrested and taken to the Will County jail.

Will County jail records indicate he faces a criminal trespassing to a building charge in connection with a June 4 incident in Joliet, as well as charges of resisting, obstructing and criminal damage to property in connection with a June 30 incident in Channahon. Grundy court records show charges of criminal trespass and resisting an officer stemming from a July 3 incident in Morris.
