WWE Legend Hulk Hogan Makes New Lenox Pit Stop To Debut His New Beer

NEW LENOX, IL — "Whatcha gonna do, brother?!" Maybe stop in to a New Lenox grocery store to see the WWE legend himself? The "Real American" comes to the "Home of Proud Americans" Wednesday, Sept. 18.

Iconic professional wrestler Hulk Hogan will make an appearance at Jewel-Osco, 475 N. Nelson, to promote his new "Real American Beer." The New Lenox stop is one of 10 planned in Illinois as Hogan body slams the brand he co-founded into another Midwestern market, after it entered the ring in Florida, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Missouri, Ohio, and Wisconsin. Illinois is now the 12th state to crack open a can of the 4.2% ABV, light lager.

"I’ve got some unforgettable memories from my time wrestling in this state—like the Rosemont Horizon in ‘85, where I defended the WWF Championship," said Hulk Hogan in a release. "Now, I’m back with Real American Beer, and we’re here to make history once again."

Hogan and his team will be at the Nelson Road Jewel-Osco from noon to 2 p.m. Wednesday. Fans will have the chance to meet the team, sample the beer, and score exclusive Real American Beer merchandise.
