College-Bound Students Receive Grants-In-Aid From Northbrook Senior Living Community Residents
The eight high school graduates are currently employed at Covenant Living of Northbrook in dining services.

NORTHBROOK, IL — Eight recent high school graduates currently employed at Covenant Living of Northbrook are receiving a total of $12,000 in Grants-In-Aid from the residents of the senior living community. The students work in dining services at 2625 Techny Road.
According to Covenant, proceeds from the annual Holly Fair, as well as contributions from anonymous resident donors and administration, help fund the grants.
To be eligible, each recipient must be employed at Covenant Living of Northbrook for at least six months, be enrolled in a college or technical school and have completed a grant application with an essay highlighting their hopes and future career goals.

Those who each received a $1,500 grant include:
- Audrey Yu (University of Wisconsin - Madison)
- Teny Sarrafian (University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign)
- Cara Lee (Rice University in Houston, Texas)
- Karen Gutierrez (University of Illinois at Chicago)
- Leslie Garcia Saldivar (DePaul University in Chicago)
- Hannah Latiner (Indiana University in Bloomington)
- Anastasia Musyakevich (University of Illinois at Chicago)
- Anna Bozarth (Clemson University in Clemson, South Carolina)
