Driver Going 90 MPH on Willow Arrested for DUI
He was one of 5 arrested for DUI in Northbrook last week.

The following is from the Northbrook Police Department. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.
Officers on patrol located the vehicle driven by Jamie Cisneros-Estrada, 26, of the 9400 block of Meadow Lane in Des Plaines, partially on the parkway at Dundee and Sanders roads at 10 p.m. Aug. 28. He told officers he lost control of the vehicle. Officers determined he was under the influence. He was charged with DUI-alcohol and improper parking on a roadway, and was released on $1,000 bond with a Sept. 24 court date.
Officers observed the vehicle driven by Jozef Skowron, 65, of the 1600 block of Central in Northbrook, stopped in the traffic lane of Landwehr Road at Violet Lane at 5:30 p.m. Aug. 29. In speaking to the driver, officer’s determined that he was under the influence. He was fcharged with DUI, DUI more than .08, improper parking on a roadway and illegal transportation of alcohol, released on $1,000 bond and given a Sept. 24 court date.

Bryan M. Brick, 44, of the 400 block of Forest Way Drive in Buffalo Grove, was stopped by officers after he committed a traffic violation at 12:15 a.m. Aug. 30 at Dundee and Sanders roads. Officers determined that he was under the influence and he was placed under arrest for DUI-alcohol, DUI over .08 and improper lane usage. He was released on $1,000 bond with a Sept. 24 court date.
Ena Hadzimuratovic, 25, of the 5100 block of W Fitch Avenue in Skokie, was stopped by officers after she was observed committing a traffic violation at 2 a.m. Aug. 30 at Skokie Highway and Lake Cook Road. In speaking with the her, officers determined that she was under the influence and placed her under arrest for DUI-alcohol, DUI-drugs, improper lane usage, illegal transportation of alcohol and no insurance. She was taken into custody and processed awaiting bond.

An officer was stopped at the traffic light in traffic at Willow at Landwehr roads at 4 p.m. Aug. 30. When the signal changed to green the officer observed a vehicle accelerate at a high rate of speed westbound on Willow Rd weaving in and out of traffic. The officer’s radar indicated the defendant’s vehicle at 90 mph. The vehicle was stopped on Willow Rd west of Interstate 294 by officers. In speaking to the driver, Ethan Richard Knox, 26, of the 900 block of Martin in Palatine, officers determined that he was under the influence and placed him under arrest for DUI, DUI over .08, speeding 40 MPH or more over the limit, failure to signal and improper lane usage. He was released on $2,000 bond and given a Sept. 24 court date.
