Leisure Center Offers Free Art Studio Time

The weekly Northbrook Farmers Market meets at Meadow Road and Cherry Lane at 7:00 a.m.The library's Wednesday Classic Film Series at the library continues with Ben-Hur at 7:30 p.m.
Starting Wednesday, Northbrook residents can bring artwork to the Leisure Center on Wednesday nights and enjoy free studio time from 6:15 to 8:30 p.m. Tables, stools and easels are available. Studio time is open to 2-D art, including oil/acrylics, watercolor, charcoal/pastel and drawing. Non-residents can use the studio for $5 after signing up at the Leisure Center or on nbparks.org.
