Jubilee Children Ministries Donates to Help Children and Teens Fighting Cancer

The Jubilee Children Ministries in Oak Brook, IL recently gave back to children and teens fighting cancer by donating 20 American Girl dolls, compact mirrors, sketchbooks, art supplies, and children's toys to benefit the Pediatric Oncology Treasure Chest Foundation. Jubilee Children Ministries' mission is to provide funding and supplies to organizations that serve, protect, and better the lives of children. Jubilee also assists families and adults.

Esther Anderson Founder and President of the Jubilee Children Ministries described the rationale behind the partnership between the two organizations. “We deeply care about the children and teens who are undergoing the difficult challenges and painful processes related to cancer. They are in our daily thoughts and prayers. We are very grateful to be able to work with the Pediatric Oncology Treasure Chest Foundation, by sharing toys and items that provide comfort and brighten the days of the children and teens.”

Treasure Chest Foundation Executive Director Kendra Connor acknowledged the importance of Jubilee Children Ministries donation at a critical time of year, “The Treasure Chest Foundation is especially grateful to the Jubilee Children Ministries for their enormous donation of 20 American Girl Dolls,” said Ms. Connor. “Jubilee’s donation will help us continue to support brave young children and teens as they endure painful procedures in their battle against cancer. We are truly blessed to have the support of the Jubilee Children Ministries.”
