In a free presentation at Addison Public Library, Jigar Doshi of Bentron Financial Group covers the process from beginning to end

With “Essentials of Estate Planning,” Jigar Doshi of Bentron Financial Group will lead a free presentation at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, May 2nd at Addison Public Library, 4 Friendship Plaza.

In the session, Doshi will cover the estate planning process from beginning to end, including the need to plan, the most common planning techniques and the documents involved. The class will also explain the difference between a will and a trust while providing attendees an understanding of probate, wills, power of attorney for healthcare, power of attorney for financial matters, living trusts, and guardianship appointments.

By the end of the session, attendees will have gained a thorough understanding of the steps they need to take to protect their spouse and heirs.
A Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC), Doshi joined Bentron Financial Group in 2018. He has an undergraduate degree in chemical engineering from the University of Mumbai-India, and a master's degree in Financial Markets from the Stuart School of Business-IIT Chicago.
Doshi has been providing clarity and vision to successful people for 20 years, using his expertise to maximize returns and improve the client experience. His service includes investment advising, estate planning, risk management and watching out for clients’ overall financial well-being.
He and his wife, Kosha, have two children and are active members of the Vernon Hills Indian Association.
