Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille welcomes the fall season with bold culinary and cocktail innovation across its three Chicagoland locations in Oak Brook, Schaumburg, and Vernon Hills. This month, guests can enjoy new fall menu additions, exclusive off-the-menu features, and handcrafted cocktails.

September introduces a fresh cocktail lineup led by the new:

- Fashioned First An elevated take on the Old Fashioned with Elijah Craig Small Batch Bourbon, French vanilla, cocoa bitters, and a warm vanilla aroma cloud
Returning favorites this fall include:
- Figgy-Tini Bombay Sapphire, Domaine de Canton Ginger liqueur, fresh-pressed lime juice, caramelized fig, and honey water
- Peachy Plane Maker's Mark bourbon, Aperol, Amaro Nonino Quintessentia, fresh-pressed lemon juice, and peach purée
Adding to Perry’s list of zero-proof Free-Spirited Cocktails
- Faux-Loma: Choice of Traditional or Spicy. Almave Blanco, fresh-pressed lime juice, agave nectar, topped with ruby red grapefruit soda.
- Clean Kick: Seedlip Spice 94, fresh-pressed lime juice, blood orange purée, topped with key lime ginger beer.
Signature Shaken Sodas (non-alcoholic):
- Raspberry Cucu-Cooler: A crisp, refreshing non-alcoholic option featuring freshly-muddled cucumber and raspberries combined with agave nectar and fresh-pressed lime juice.
- Pineapple Ginger Ale: A non-alcoholic twist on a mojito featuring freshly cut pineapple muddled with mint, fresh ginger, and lime juice, then shaken and topped with ginger ale.

Perry’s introduces its latest epicurean pairing: the Butcher’s Steak Burger made from Filet Mignon, NY Strip, and Ribeye trimmings, and paired with the Fashioned First cocktail. Available daily from 4 to 6:30 PM in Bar 79, now through October.

Seasonal Favorite Desserts
Perry’s Seasonal Pumpkin Cheesecake and Champagne Biscuit Charlotte
Returning this season:
- Pumpkin Cheesecake: Creamy pumpkin-spiced cheesecake with pecan ginger snap crust, vanilla cream, and salted caramel drizzle hasn’t been available since last December, but is now back for a limited time through December 31.
- Champagne Biscuit Charlotte: Layering fresh raspberry coulis with the richness of white chocolate mousse, complemented by the airy texture of Chantilly cream, all encased in Perry’s signature house-made pink champagne biscuits and garnished with fresh raspberries. Inspired by a traditional French dessert, this Charlotte incorporates Perry’s version of “Biscuits of Reims” that date back to the 1600s and are widely known as the perfect accompaniment to champagne.
Perry’s other signature flambéed desserts include Bananas Foster and Nutty D’Angelo.

Perry's Steakhouse & Grille offers the Mini Martini Trio featuring a flight of three handcrafted cocktails: the Pineapple Ginger Mojito, the Thyme Lemon Drop, and the Smoky Rita. These unique 2.5 oz. pours showcase the restaurant's mixology and are only available in September.
Pineapple Ginger Mojito: Captain Morgan White rum, Domaine de Canton Ginger Liqueur, fresh-pressed lime juice, freshly-muddled pineapple and mint, topped with ginger ale.
Thyme Lemon Drop: Ketel One vodka, St-Germain Elderflower liqueur, fresh-pressed lemon juice, and freshly muddled thyme, rimmed with sugar.
Smoky Rita: Hornitos Black Barrel tequila, DeKuyper Orange liqueur, fresh-pressed lime juice, and agave nectar, rimmed with habanero sugar.
