Bridgeview Celebrates Red, White And Blue With Fireworks, Weinermobile, Family Fun
Celebrate Independence Day at Commissioner's Park in Bridgeview, July 3, for family fun, fireworks, food trucks, the Weinermobile and more.
BRIDGEVIEW, IL — If you’ve always wanted to be an Oscar Mayer weiner, then head over to the Bridgeview Park District for a 3rd of July fun family event full of star-spangled wonderment. The Independence Day celebration gets going around 4 p.m. at Commissioners Park, 81st Street and Oketo Avenue.
There will be food trucks galore, games and activities for all ages, followed by a giant fireworks display at 9:15 p.m. The event also includes a free Zumba pop-up class led by Jamie Watson.
The world-famous Oscar Mayer Weinermobile will be parked in the lot. The friendly Hot Doggers will be handing out weiner whistles and taking pictures of you, your family and the weinermobile with your phone from 5 to 8 p.m.
