District 123 PTA Council To Host Virtual Art Festival

Students are asked to submit entries in the festival by March 31.

While the traditional in-person Fine Arts Festival will not be held this year, the D123 PTA Council is pleased to host the first ever D123 Virtual Fine Art Festival. This year’s festival will not be a contest, but rather a means to encourage all students to continue making and sharing their art with the community.

While there is no theme, students are asked to submit in the following categories:

  • Visual Arts: Accepted visual arts include: architectural drawings and models, ceramics, collage, computer generated images and graphics, crafts, drawing, fashion clothes and jewelry, fiber work, mixed media, painting, printmaking and sculpture.
  • Photography: Photo must be a single print/digital image. Entrant must be the photographer and may use a variety of digital editing techniques including but not limited to, multiple exposure, negative sandwich and photogram.

All entries in the Fine Arts Festival can be emailed to ArtFestival@d123.org and will be accepted until March 31, 2021
