Kasey Thompson Sets Up Oak Lawn Spartan Girls Volleyball Team For Success
"Kasey's leadership, work ethic, and experience make everyone around her better and is a poised presence on the court."

OAK LAWN, IL — The setter is often considered the quarterback for a volleyball team, setting up players for success, leading the offense, and making teammates the best they can be. Kasey Thompson is all that and more for the Oak Lawn Community High School girls volleyball team.
Thompson recently helped the Spartans earn a second-place finish in the Bison Blast-Off Tournament at Fenton, and they are currently 7-2 overall.
“Kasey’s leadership, work ethic, and experience make everyone around her better and is a poised presence on the court,” OLCHS head coach Kathleen Miller said. “Kasey is a phenomenal teammate, nurturing those around her and elevating them to greater heights. With her precise setting and disciplined defense, Kasey shines on the court. Put simply, Kasey is a coach’s dream.”
