OAK LAWN, IL — Oak Lawn Community High School sophomore Sammantha Carmolinga was named The Youth of the Year for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Chicago. Sammantha is a club member from the True Value Boys & Girls Club which is in the heart of the Little Village Community.
