Hundreds Of Treasures To Browse Through At First Methodist Church of Oak Lawn Rummage Sale

OAK LAWN, IL — The First United Methodist Church of Oak Lawn’s – also known as the “Pumpkin Church” – spring rummage sale is so big they’re taking a day between to restock.

The sale runs from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday, May 1 and 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday. May 3, at Central Avenue and 100th Street. The sale will be closed Friday for restocking. Check out the church’s Facebook page for previews, as new items will be added daily.

For all you collectors out there, the church has acquired a donation of 92 pieces of Precious Moments collectables with boxes, many from the members only collection, selling for $10 each. There is also a wide selection of vintage jewelry and camera equipment, tools, baby items, apparel, books, CDs, DVDs, decor, housewares and more.

Admission is free and sales are cash only.
