Community Garage Sale Coming This October

ORLAND TOWNSHIP, IL — The Orland Township Highway Department is hosting a community garage sale on Oct. 2 for community members to attend.

The event will take place at the Orland Township Highway Department, located at 16125 S. Wolf Road, Orland Park from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. Neighbors can sell and buy items, but must bring their own tables and chairs to promote their products, if they wish.

Shoppers can enter and purchase items for free. There is, however, an exhibitors fee of $20 due to participate, and will be put towards the highway department's recycling and maintenance initiative.
