Football: Sandburg Faces Stagg in an Even Record Showdown

The Carl Sandburg High School varsity Eagles football team takes on the Amos Alonzo Stagg Chargers Friday night, both going into the game with 4-3 records.

A District 230 duel will be held on Seliga Field Friday night, as the Sandburg Eagles take on the Stagg Chargers.

The Eagles go into Friday’s game with a 4-3 record after falling to the Lincoln-Way East last week, when the Griffins charged ahead in the second half to win 31-13.

The Charges come to Orland Park also with a 4-3 record after nearly doubling Joliet West’s score last week, winning 61-35.
