Gatto's Permanently Closing Their Orland Park Restaurant
The restaurant on 143rd Street will close permanently, as Gatto's will keep open locations in Tinley Park, New Lenox and Downers Grove.

ORLAND PARK, IL â Gatto's Italian Restaurant & Bar, which has four locations in Chicago's suburbs, will now be down to three after deciding to permanently close their spot in Orland Park. The restaurant's fourth location at 8801 W. 143rd St. opened in 2014.
"It is with a heavy heart that we must announce the closure of Gatto's Orland Park," the restaurant wrote on social media this week. Find the full statement posted to Facebook below.
The restaurant mentioned the COVID-19 pandemic and their appreciation to customers for their support in ordering takeout during the Illinois restaurant dine-in shutdown but did not specifically cite that as reason for closing.
