Home Under Renovation In Orland Park Catches Fire

ORLAND PARK, IL — A home under renovation in Orland Park sustained some fire damage Monday afternoon. No one was injured in the blaze.

Neighbors who saw heavy smoke coming from the home in the 14700 block of Holly Court called the Orland Fire Protection District and firefighters quickly brought the fire under control, according to a spokesman for the fire district.

The amount of damage to the home is not yet known, as the village of Orland Park's building department was called to evaluate.

Officials from the Village of Orland Park Building Department were called to evaluate the building’s structure.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
