Homewood Suites In Orland Park To Be Completely Renovated

ORLAND PARK, IL — Homewood Suites, 16245 S. Lagrange Road in Orland Park, will undergo renovations with an anticipated completion date of March 2021, according to Cicero Construction Group, the contractors taking on the project.

The project includes 81 fully reimagined guest rooms and upgrading the hotel's corridors, stairwells, public restrooms and fitness center to Homewood Suites' most current design roadmap, according to the construction group.

The group said more updates like contemporary furniture, rich carpeting, stylish lighting fixtures, fresh bedding, and bathrooms modeled to a high-end residential standard complete with sophisticated vanities, plumbing fixtures, showers and tubs will also be included. In addition, kitchens featured in each room get new appliances, countertops and hardware.

The hotel will remain open during the entire renovation. The construction group said while a renovation of a busy, fully occupied hotel is challenging for other general contractors, it highlights the experience of Cicero Construction Group.
