Here are the latest local updates on how the coronavirus outbreak is impacting Orland Park.

ORLAND PARK, IL — There are now 47 confirmed cases of the new coronavirus in Orland Park, according to a map published by the Cook County Department of Public Health. As of April 4, Orland Park's total is more than their neighboring communities. At the same time, there are 33 reported cases in Tinley Park, 22 in Oak Forest and 1-4 cases in Orland Hills.

So far, statewide totals top 8,000 cases and 200 deaths.

Schools remain closed as the state has shifted to e-learning and restaurants and bars remain barred from offering dine-in services.
