During the week of Monday, Nov. 13, the Orland Park Public Library, 14921 S. Ravinia Avenue, will be holding events to teach kids about science, technology, engineering, art, and math.
“The public library is the perfect setting for elementary-aged kids to explore the world of STEAM,” said Library Director Mary Adamowski. “The desired impact of the programs is to expand kids’ understanding of STEAM and STEAM careers especially for kids who may not have been exposed to these ideas before. From building paper planes to robotic hands, we have activities lined up that kids are sure to enjoy.”
