Missing Orland Park Man Found Dead, No Foul Play Suspected: Police
Nicholas Klepac, 26 was last spoken to on June 21. He was reported missing on June 25, police said. He was found Friday.

ORLAND PARK, IL — A missing Orland Park man has been found dead, Orland Park police said Friday.
Nicholas Klepac, 26, was found on June 27, in a wooded area near 143rd Street and Southwest Highway by Orland Park Police Department Detectives. Preliminary findings by investigators indicate no foul play, police said.
Due to the location of the discovery, the investigation into the circumstances of Klepac’s death has been handed over to the Cook County Forest Preserve Police Department, which has jurisdiction over the area. There is no threat to public safety.

Klepac was last spoken to on Saturday, June 21, and his family reported him missing from his home in the 8300 block of Berkhansted Court on June 25, Orland Park police said.
He did not have a cellular telephone with him, and his vehicle was found at his residence, police said.

In response to the missing person report, the Orland Park Police Department conducted extensive searches of the surrounding neighborhood and beyond. These efforts included the deployment of canine units, which tracked potential leads.
