Man Had Loaded Gun Under Driver's Seat: Orland Park Police

According to police, the 23-year-old had a loaded gun, unauthorized marijuana and illegally tinted windows.

ORLAND PARK, IL — A 23-year-old was arrested earlier this month after Orland Park police said he had a loaded gun under his seat while police pulled him over April 6.

According to police documents, officers pulled Jontae McClendon over after they said he made an improper turn and had illegally tinted windows. When police searched his car, officers said they found a loaded handgun under the driver's seat and unauthorized marijuana in the vehicle.

McClendon, of Calumet City, was charged with unlawful aggravated use of a weapon.
