No Fire At Carl Sandburg High School After Alarm Evacuates School
School officials said the fire alarm Tuesday morning ended up being a false alarm. Officials are looking into what caused the alarm.

ORLAND PARK, IL — A fire alarm at Carl Sandburg High School Tuesday morning turned out to be a false alarm, a spokeswoman for the district told Patch.
According to officials, the building's fire alarm system went off at around 11:45 a.m. After all students and staff were evacuated, fire officials determined there was no fire in the building.
Sandburg staff said school had resumed as usual by 12:30 p.m. As of Tuesday afternoon, staff were not sure what caused the fire alarm but said it could be an emergency door malfunction.
